Diddy's Bad Boy Entertainment has been slapped with a $996,000 fine from New York City for illegally putting up promotional posters throughout the city. New York City Finance Commissioner David Frankel is targeting Diddy and other New York residents for their roles in putting the posters up. "We are going to find these people," Frankel told the Daily News. "We're going to turn them upside down by their ankles and we're going to shake them until the money comes out . . ."
