Beyoncé has once again topped Forbes' list of the 12 best-paid celebrities under the age of 30. The "Single Ladies" star also took the crown last year and came in just ahead of Britney Spears and Lady Gaga, who finished at numbers two and three, respectively. This year, Beyoncé raked in an estimated $84 million from tour revenue and endorsements with L'Oreal and Nintendo.

Beyoncé is also making headlines this week for reportedly being stopped and ticketed by New York Police for texting while driving. The 28-year-old recently acquired her license and, according to various reports, was cited with a $100 fine.

At the performance - which is already being dubbed The Diva and The Diplomat - concertgoers were treated to the Burt Bacharach-penned "I Say a Little Prayer" featuring Rice (who is a classically-trained pianist) on the piano and Franklin singing.

Jean, has said before that he has been planning on getting involved in the upcoming Haitian election, though he has not said he would get involved politically. The singer has been heavily involved in relief efforts to help victims the Haitian earthquake in January, which has fueled speculation that he may run.

Chris Brown and Usher have just finished recording a new song they collaborated on together in Jamaica. Last weekend both artists headlined the Reggae Sumfest, which took place in Montego Bay, Jamaica, where they also managed to find time to head into the studio and record the track. Brown took the stage on Friday, July 23 and also showed off his dancing skills in a dance-off with Usher, which was set up by Elephant Man.
